Spring is on the Way (in Sweden, anyway)

The Spring is almost here, well...in northern Sweden its snowing and we have plenty of snow left before we can see the tiny flowers in our pots.

I decided to make a flower arrangement inside instead, so I made a pot out of cardstock and used my Bind It All v2.0 to do it.

For the pot I first made a template out of plain copy paper, so I could see where and how I should place the BIA holes. I made it smaller at the bottom and larger at the top.

The filling to keep the flowers in place is a kind of thread, looks like a birds nest ;) but you can use what ever you have at home, tissue paper would work like a charm!

I filled it with flowers and made leafs in the same scale of colour as the flowers and the pot, it doesn´t always have to be green ;) some pearl floss and "swirls" out of cardstock.

So, enjoy Spring, and if you, like me live in a cold snowy country...make your own spring flowers!
