Keep Forward

Hello Zutter world!
Today we are going to take a little
look at my Keep Forward album.

Big Picture just had a festival
Big Ideas Festival in which there
were a series of in depth challenges
for us to search a little deeper into
what we do.
For this particular challenge it
was to set up a layout or page
of that one goal or dream
we are working on.
I decided to set  up an album
to place my goals in but it doesn't
stop there.
We actually have to move on them
meaning whether it be something small
or big each day just take a step or
two towards that goal.
I have quite a few but there are
key goals that take priority over all.
This album will be dedicated to
those.

There are a number of hard cover pages
and Zutter inserts so that I will
have plenty of space to document
my step-by-step process.
This particular album will be
put to good use for sure.
Hopefully we all will continue to
challenge ourselves to dig a little
deeper in our craft and
continue to grow in it.
Thank you as always for letting me share!

Tea Party

Hi everyone, Nancy here today to share with you a mini album to go with the teacup mobile I made a couple of weeks ago.  (If you missed that project you can see it here.)  Once again, I used my Cricut to cut the chipboard and my cardstock; and used my trusty Bind-it-All to bring it all together.  I love that about my Bind-it-All...I can cut just about any shape and turn it into a mini album.  I chose to use one inch, white o-wires to hold this little book, which measures about 5 inches across the top, together.
I filled the mini album with lots of yummy papers and chipboard from the Daily Junque collection from Pink Paislee and a few odds and ends from my scrap table including Prima flowers, lace and trims; as well as some Basic Grey Canvas, a couple of older Autumn Leaves buttons, and a resin piece from Melissa Francess that I colored with some alcohol markers.

Here is a close up of the front cover which also has a large pink flower from the Hydrangea Hippo store.
I was hoping to use this little mini for an upcoming party my daughter is hosting.  But she really wanted to use it now, so we filled it with photos from her third birthday party.

Thanks for stopping by.

Hugs.

Thank You Gift Bag

Hello all, Michelle here from Michelle's Paper Affair bringing this cute little gift bag.

For this project I thought long and hard about what I wanted to do. I wanted to make something outside the box, something really different using my Bind It All V2 and I hope I had accomplished just that!

On the center of the gift bag I added a flap that would untie and reveal the word Thank You. You can easily add Happy Birthday, persons name or just about anything your hearts desire.

This is the first time I used these pearl sprays......they are so cute.

Here is a close up showcasing the flap and 3 D embellishments that I used foam dots on.

Products used :

  • Zutter - Bind It All, O-Wire 1/2" silver
  • May Arts - Ribbon
  • Pink Paislee - Indigo Bleu paper & embellishments
  • Pinking scissors
  • Gift Bag
Thanks for stopping by and I hope to see you soon ♥

20 Minutes to a Mixed Media Zutter Cover-All Mini Album

Jennifer Priest here with a super easy mini you can create in less than 20 minutes! I created a really easy mini book with various sized pages from different materials and made two videos showing you how easy it is to use your Bind-it-All to make custom books from just about anything. This book has shipping tags, kraft tags, vintage flash cards I got at a flea market, Zutter Acrylic Covers, Maya Road Kraft Envelopes, and more, all neatly packed into a 6x6 Zutter Cover-All.
Here's the first video:

And the second part:

Here's a peek at some of the details on how I embellished the book.  You can also check my blog for more details.

Thank you for stopping by and I hope that this inspired you to think of new materials to add to your mini books! And look at how easy it was to add all those different sized pages to the book -- if you make a book like this with tags and ephemera worked in as pages in your book, please post your project to our Facebook Page so we can see it!!

Happy Binding :)
