It's beginning to look a lot like a "Coverall Sampler" Giveaway!

Alrighty, BIA fans, here is the first giveaway for December! What do you need to do? Easy--just leave a comment on this post about what you love to scrap or papercraft during the Winter months. I'll pick one winner at random and announce in my next post on December 13. You will get a set of two Coveralls in different styles and sizes. Good luck to all!

All that giveaway business aside, here is my very first Coveralls project. I have to say that it really added another dimension to my minibook, a more finished look. The Coverall really withstood a lot of handling, inking and embellishing. Give it a try if you haven't already!

Thanks,
Lea

I have found myself busy the past winter and this winter coming for I do an annual scrapbook for my Husband's ATV Club. Once a month we hold events, some are to raise money and membership, but most of our events are to raise monies for local charities or benefit rides in other communities. I'm the designated photographer of the club and have turned these photos into wonderful keepsakes of what our club stands for and what we have accomplished!!!

  37. I like to scrap in the winter as it gives me a great excuse NOT to be the one outside shoveling all the snow!

    ReplyDelete
  38. I like to scrap in the winter is because for some reason, it seems like we have less to do. Its too cold to be out gardening or playing, so we all huddle up in the basement, me in my scrap area, the kids playing and DH in his office, all in a big open space, doign what we love, and still being together!

I just finished my first BIA project and while i still have some learning to do as far as the punching goes, its so fun and my project is great. Love it!

    ReplyDelete
  39. Winter seems to be the time that I scrap the most. In the fall, I get back into having crops here at my home with a group of friends from church. We take the summer off, so it is nice to get back into the groove of things once summer is over with. By the time winter comes, we are scrapping at least monthly together & then I try to get more done here at home between crops.

  81. I adore my BIA and will start in January making the first pages of 2009 photo album/scrap book.

I get to stamp and paste and paint and emboss and try out all medias.

It is brilliant to have a machine what you can create so much with - and even better now that I have all the BIA Zutter Zisters blogs to visit for inspiration. It has made a huge difference to me - as I bought my BIA and Dreamcuts this year - and it sat in its box for ages. After the Zutter Zisters 'arrived' it never stays still long enough to gather dust - and never goes into its box!

  153. Personally, I like to get a head start on my Fourth of July cards. My Christmas cards were finished in March so I keep myself busy with the patriotic holiday cards as well as a few for President's Day (just in case). Totally kidding - I'm in full-blown card making frenzy mode still.

  155. Firstly may I just say how very much I love this blog. I never knew just how versatile the BIA is and how much I can do with it. I always have it out on a shelf on show - as before it was out of sight out of mind - never again.

I love spending time in my little craft 'shed' in the garden in the winter (it has heat!) and I look out of the window at my little bantam chickens running around. It really puts me in the mood for crafting. I have been making little note books with my BIA small enough to fit into a hand bag and nice and slim - great for shopping lists - and so many other things - a brilliant little presents for all year. This winter I am going to start a 'Year in the Life of' project - and hope to fill it will photos, little thoughts, and maybe little items I have made. Depending on how big it ends up - I will use my BIA to assemble it - maybe do and Winter book and a Summer book, and Autumn book. That's the plan!
